Captains Practice
Captain’s Practice will be on Sundays from 10AM-Noon
AB Gym
January 5th -March 9th
Make sure to bring gym shoes, a glove, a bat, and a hat.
After School Practice Time Available
AB gym will be open every weekday from 3:30-4:45 for our guys. We should be able to have our arms and swings ready for when our season starts
The weight room is open every day at 3:20.
IGHBA Practice Dates - Player help needed!
All players are encouraged to help our youth players during their pre season practices
Practices will be on Tuesdays from 7:30 -9:00 PM
